Sandard Cancellation & Refund Policies
GENERAL POLICY:
- The guest(s) will receive confirmation by email from the farmhouse owners on receiving a deposit of 100% of the reservations complete invoice amount.
- This email confirmation will act as proof of the reservation. The guests are requested to produce a printed copy/downloaded PDF of the confirmation on arrival at the farm house.
- The guest(s) have to carry a valid ID proof [ Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. IDs are accepted as ID proof ] either in person or a digital copy of the same. Address proof with photo is mandatory for all the staying guests, if the room is on double occupancy it should be with both the staying guests and the same if it’s triple.
PRIVACY POLICY:
- We recognise that privacy is important to our guests, and hence this Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding personal information we collect when you visit our farm house and website.
- We do not collect personal information without your knowledge or consent.
- This Website does not collect, save or store any personal information from visitors that simply browse this Website, unless you voluntarily and intentionally provide it to us. Any personal information that is requested is necessary in order to perform a particular service.
- We request personal information from you in order to process your reservation. You are requested to provide contact information (such as name, address, telephone number and email address), No financial information will be gathered over the website. Directly contact the owners of the farmhouse on the email and contact information provided for reservations.
- This information provided by you will only be used to confirm your reservation and contact you for further safe billing procedures.
RESERVATIONS:
- Please make advance reservations via telephone or email to assure room availability. A deposit of 100% of the reservations complete invoice amount is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
- Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservations (deposit taken).
Occupancy:
- Normal occupancy is two people per room. Additional occupancy above the age of 5 (five) is chargeable. A charge of Rs.1000/- per head is applicable for additional occupants. Only one additional occupant is allowed.
- Driver Guest Occupancy is available at the farmhouse for additional charges of Rs 500/- per diver.
Deposit:
- To confirm your reservations, a deposit equal to 100% of the reservations complete invoice amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- Group bookings of four rooms requires a 30 day cancellation notice for return of the deposit.
Cancellation and Early Checkout Policy:
- Should your plans change, be sure to contact us within the given time periods and follow guidelines provided for a refund of your deposits.
- Cancellation number will be given to insure proper return of the deposit. If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the deposit will be retained.
- New year cancellation policy (i.e. between Dec 23 to Jan 02): This is the peak period and there will be no refunds for deposits received.
INDIVIDUAL ROOM RESERVATION:
- We offer a full refund on cancellations 15 days or more before the original arrival date. A cancellation fee of Rs 500.00 is applicable.
- We offer a refund of 50% of the complete invoice amount on cancellations between 2-14 before the original arrival date. A cancellation fee of Rs 500.00 is applicable.
- No refunds on Cancellation 48 hours before the original arrival date.
GROUP ROOM RESERVATION:
(This policy is applicable for Reservations for 3 rooms/ entire farm house)
- We offer a full refund on cancellations 30 days or more before the original arrival date. A cancellation fee of Rs 500.00 is applicable.
- We offer a refund of 50% of the complete invoice amount on cancellations between 2-29 before the original arrival date. A cancellation fee of Rs 500.00 is applicable.
- No refunds on Cancellation 48 hours before the original arrival date.
Early Check in OR Early Check Out:
- For early check Out, the guests are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged 100% of the reservations complete invoice amount.
- For early Check In, the guests are requested to inform the farmhouse 24 hours prior, rooms are subjected to availability.
REFUND POLICY:
- When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. A cancellation fee of Rs 500.00 is applicable.
- Refunds usually take 15 business days to be processed and reflect in your account.
Check In - Check Out Policy:
Check In time is at 01:00 PM
Check in time is 01:00 - 6:00 p.m. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 pm.
Check-out is at 12 PM
Early check-in and check-out is possible on availability only available by prior arrangement only. Late-Check out time is subject to an additional Rs.300 per hour.
MODIFICATION:
- We require the guests to inform 10 days before the original arrival date for the amendment request. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time you make the request.
- Modifications made less than 10 days before original arrival date are liable for the fees as a result of the late modification of Rs.500.
Children and Infants:
- Children (2-5 years) can stay free of charge with parents using existing beds. No free extra bed (or rollaway) and no meal is provided for a child in normal cases. The child’s breakfast till 5 years is complementary and above that normal menu charges will be applied.
- In case that you require the extra bed for your child (2-5 years old), the third person’s rate applies which you have to select “3 adults” instead of 2 adults and 1 child in the reservation form. Once you reserve under the rate for 3 adults, you will also get 3 breakfasts, unless stated otherwise.
Non-arrival to the Hotel (No Show):
- If you fail to arrive at the farmhouse on the original arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the farmhouse and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
- If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights.
- Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Special Request:
- Please note all the requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the farmhouse only.
- In case that there is an accessibility request (i.e. wheelchair accessible room), please contact us before submitting the reservation.
