COVID-19 Update

Cleanliness and safety protocols are of utmost importance during this pandemic. At Arasalaru Green Homes the rooms are well-spaced with an enormous mittham, for privacy and to maintain social – distancing.
Providing a safe and clean environment to our guests and staff is our priority and commitment. We assure our guests that we are regularly following instructions from the government and health organisations.
Safety guidelines and measures implied by us at Arasalaru Green Homes include:
- Details of the guests such as travel history and medical conditions are to be informed before arrival, as this information will help us cater to your needs and requirements during your stay.
- Sanitizer Dispensers are placed at the entrance, common gathering areas such as the mittham, kitchen, individual rooms for the safety of the house guest and staff.
- Complete sanitization of the farmhouse before the arrival of the guests. The guest’s luggage is to be sanitized on arrival.
- Temperature checks and face masks are mandatory on arrival.
- Hospital-grade disinfectants are used to clean floors, commonly exposed surfaces, and touchpoints.
- Mindful Room allocation to guests is practiced to enforce social distancing, the rooms are lined with fresh bedding and linen before the arrival of guests and henceforth will be changed only on their request to limit exposure.
- Vegetables, fruits, and groceries are sanitized on arrival at the farmhouse. The kitchen supplies are cleaned on a timely basis to avoid clutter and maintain hygiene. Common touch surfaces such as the tables, chairs, and tableware are to be disinfected before and after every meal.
- Guests are advised to travel on Public transports at their discretion. Implementation of contactless processes such as digital payments through E-Wallets for both Check-in and Check-out.
- Houseguests above the age of 65, pregnant women, persons with comorbidities, and children below the age of 10 are requested to follow additional safety precautions during their stay to prevent casualties.
- A large gathering of guests is not allowed until further notice. Guests are advised not to visit areas falling within the containment zone whilst the city and pilgrimage visits.
COVID-19 Extended - Cancellation Policy
(This policy applies to all guests travelling to the farmhouse up to 1st February 2021)
Arasalaru Green Homes’ is a sustainable, eco-friendly farmhouse. The farmhouse has a symbiotic correlation with the local community. We believe in supporting the local community during this pandemic, hence in this existential crisis, we request you to #postponedontcancel in line with the hospitality industry’s appeal to help staff and local vendors through this tough time.
COVID-19 Extended - Cancellation Policy
- We offer a full refund if the guests cannot travel because the government/state has released a written order on travel restrictions or state-imposed lock-down.
- In the case of Government/state released written orders on travel restrictions or state-imposed lockdown, the guests can postpone their original arrival date to a later date. However, the modifications are subject to availability. We require 7 days before the original arrival date for the amendment request. Any Modifications made less than 7 days before the original arrival date may be liable for the fees as a result of the late modification of Rs.500.
- A two months credit period can be availed if the guests happen to be tested Covid Positive before their travel. A valid COVID positive test certificate is required for the same.
- We offer a full refund on cancellations 15 days or more before the original arrival date.
- We offer a refund of 50% of the complete invoice amount on cancellations between 2-14 before the original arrival date.
- No refunds on Cancellation 48 hours before the original arrival date.
